Cold Weather Patterns

Today the cold weather returned and so did my tights.  But it was  good excuse to play around with my tights and shoes combo with my favorite plaid dress.  Today I went for my brown tights and my gray suede pumps.  I love the contrast between the pumps and the tights.  I love this dress for all its colors and how well it matches so many of non-black tights.

Office Patterns

More work days and more patterns for me.  On Tuesday I paired a flirty top with some of my more conservative work trousers to balance out my look for the office.  I love this top not only for its pattern but also fantastic shape.  Peplums are  super popular this season and I can see why.  They give you a great waist and hide any potential muffin tops.

Today I forgot to take my blog pictures so I raced to the ladies room at work with my faithful blackberry. I love this wrap dress for its shape and pattern.  To give it a kick of color instead of a bright cardigan, I paired it with my bright red flats.

Wet Wednesday

Another rainy day on the East Coast... That means I have to wear closed toe shoes and pants but that is okay because I have those items in spades!

Today I wanted a lot of color and fun pieces for work and then a celebration for interns afterward. I end my time as an intern this week and become part time at both NYU and at the Brooklyn Historical Society!
